As a Client Contract & Social Media Executive, Nahid will be responsible for managing client contracts and enhancing our brand's presence across social media platforms. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, an understanding of global business practices, and a strategic approach to social media management.

1. Client Contract Management :

• Will draft, review, and manage client contracts ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Will coordinate with legal and sales departments to ensure that contracts meet business objectives and legal requirements.
• Will monitor and report on the status of contracts, including compliance, renewal, and negotiation processes.

2. Social Media Strategy :

• Will be controlling in developing and implementing a global social media strategy that aligns with the company’s international business goals.
• Managing and growing the company’s presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) through creative and targeted content.
• Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

3. Content Creation and Management :

• Creating engaging and professional content that reflects the company’s brand and is tailored to diverse global audiences.
• Scheduling and overseeing the publication of content across multiple platforms.
• Analysing the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize strategies based on analytics and feedback.

4. Client Interaction :

• Engaging with clients on social media, fostering relationships and promoting brand loyalty.
• Responding to queries and feedback from clients and social media users in a timely and professional manner.
• Organising and participating in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
